Does Neos have a free trial?[+]
Yes! Every Neos workspace starts on the Free plan with no time limit. You can upgrade to Plus or Pro at any time. We also offer a 14-day free trial of Pro features so you can experience the full power of Graph Intelligence and Call Intelligence before committing.
Is Neos free to use?[+]
Yes. Neos is free for up to 3 users with 50,000 records, real-time contact syncing, automatic data enrichment, and API access. Our hosted offering includes a fully managed instance of Twenty CRM (open source) with the Neos intelligence layer on top.
How do credits work?[+]
Neos uses a credit system for AI-powered features like Ask Neos queries, auto-summaries, auto-labeling, and enrichment lookups. Seat credits are allocated per user and workspace credits are shared across your team. Credits reset monthly. If you need more, you can add workspace credit packs starting at $70/mo for 5,000 additional credits.
Do you offer discounts?[+]
Annual billing saves 20% on Plus and Pro plans. We also offer a startup program with significant discounts for early-stage companies — reach out to our sales team to learn more.
What are my payment options?[+]
We accept all major credit cards for self-serve plans. Pro and Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with NET 30 terms. Annual billing is available on all paid plans.
Can I import data from other tools?[+]
Absolutely. Neos connects directly to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Twenty, and any CRM with an API or CSV export. You can also use our hosted offering which includes a managed Twenty CRM instance. Our migration service (available on Pro and Enterprise) provides white-glove onboarding with zero downtime.
Do I need to connect my email?[+]
Connecting your email is optional but recommended. It enables Neos intelligence features like interaction history, connection strength, auto-labeling, and auto-summaries. Neos supports Gmail, Outlook, and any IMAP provider.
Can I self-host the Neos intelligence layer?[+]
Yes. The Neos intelligence layer can be self-hosted on AWS, GCP, bare metal, or air-gapped networks. Self-hosted deployments include the full Neocortex Engine, graph database, and all intelligence features. You connect it to your own CRM (Twenty, Attio, Salesforce, etc.). Enterprise customers get dedicated support for self-hosted deployments.
Does Neos have an API?[+]
Yes. Neos offers both REST and GraphQL APIs for every operation. API access is included on all plans, including Free. We also provide an App SDK and MCP server for building custom integrations and connecting Neos to any CRM system.
